Our New Kitchen! Our most recent project was to stain the cabinets! I sanded and Jonathan stained! They look great! So in total we stripped wall paper, textured, painted, removed a metal plate thing, removed the laminate flooring and replaced it with vinal tile, stained the cabinets, and replaced the old weird hanging blinds with regular ones. One of favorite parts about restaining is there were lots of "drips" and grime and that I couldn't get off the cabinets and I sanded them right off! And the other favorite is that is looks fantastic! Jonathan is so great! Isaac is really learning to talk. I wonder how long he has been saying things because I can barley understand him, so maybe I just didn't before. Today he said, "I want to go outside" and "more cracker please" Alle said, "hi" and "mama". So proud of my little guys! Today I watched 4 kids for a family whose mother is in the hospital (so 6 kids at one time all under 6). I think my kids are really easy now. : ) We'll see how long I feel that way. Life is still fantastic. We have had so many great blessings and we are so grateful to our Father in Heaven.
